Refund Policy is as follows:

  1. For memberships: The membership period is on a one year fiscal period starting on July 1st and ending on June 30th of the following year. Memberships are NOT refundable
  2. Fall Conference Registrations and other paid classes for members are not refundable
  3. NCREEA often works with 3rd party vendors for them to sponsor our events. Generally, NCREEA refunds a sponsor if they provide a 45 day notice prior to the event. With this 45 day notice we could resell that sponsors seat without impact to NCREEA. In the event that one of our events has a specific sponsor agreement letter, that letter would supersede this policy.
