Brian Pate

One of the reasons Brian is so popular as a real estate instructor is the fact that he has a team with Keller Williams Realty in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina that sells over $12 million annually. During his career as an agent, instructor, manager and coach in the real estate industry, he has participated in over $800 million in real estate transactions.

He has also owned investment property for over 15 years along with coaching new and experienced investors in their purchases.

A fun classroom atmosphere, quality materials and extensive knowledge of the subject matter are the reasons students return to his classes over and over again to participate.

She decided to apply this knowledge and experience to her real estate business and to teaching prelicensing, postlicensing and continuing education across North Carolina.
