For the Sponsor/Vendor who would prefer to specifically greet each attendee, the Welcome Sponsor will assist in manning the registration/sign-in table, as well as help greet each attendee as they register. The Welcome Sponsor may choose to provide any Merchandise (swag) that they provide to each attendee sponsor. Items given out MUST have prior approval of the Conference Chair (Leslye Helton).
